Volunteering at Dragonswood Bluff 2025
In order to keep things running smoothly at an event of this size we’re going to need some help. We’ve got a limited number of spots for volunteers to keep things running smoothly.
As a volunteer at Dragonswood Bluff, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the event runs smoothly and that all attendees have a fantastic experience. Your responsibilities may include assisting with registration, setting up game areas, providing player support, and helping with general event coordination.
- Event Setup & Breakdown
- Assist in setting up tables, chairs, and gaming stations.
- Organize player areas and ensure all materials are in place.
- Help with clean-up and packing after the event.
- Registration & Check-In
- Welcome attendees and provide wristbands/badges if applicable.
- Guide attendees to their designated areas.
- Answer any event-related questions.
- Game Facilitation & Player Support
- Assist new players in understanding game rules.
- Ensure game sessions start and end on time.
- Help maintain a fair and fun gaming atmosphere.
- General Event Assistance
- Provide support wherever needed, including directing attendees and assisting with logistics.
- Ensure the event space remains organized and accessible.
- Monitor the well-being of players and reporting concerns to event staff.
- Report any safeguarding concerns to the Volunteer Coordinator
Get involved
Everybody who wants to attend Dragonswood Bluff will need a ticket. Volunteers will get a free t-shirt and hoodie for helping out, and we’ll feed you each day you volunteer. Full details are in our Volunteer Info Sheet, and the application can be done before March 31st through our form below.
Once we’ve reviewed applications we will reach out and confirm volunteering status with accepted applicants.
