You can contact ModMail on the discord page, or email us (see below)
I can no longer attend, what can I do with my ticket?
You can exchange your ticket (FACE VALUE ONLY) through our discord ticket exchange. If you are unable to connect to the discord page, please email us.
Is there an age limit?
Under 16s welcome with an adult but we recommend 12+ to join games. 16-17 can come unaccompanied but please let organisers know via ModMail on the discord page, or email us.
Please note, as this is open to adults and children alike, and we will be operating out of a licensed venue, you will need to bring ID with you to be served any alcohol. The venue operates a THINK 25! policy, which means they will ID you if you’re lucky enough to look 25 or under.
What food’s available on site?
Food will be served 10am to 3pm (not Friday) and 6pm to 8pm every day.
Where can people get food from nearby?
As we are close to Cardiff City Centre, most types of cuisine can be found via your favourite food delivery service. Alternatively, there are many food outlets on Albany Road, Crwys Road, City Road and Newport Road that are all within a 20 min walk or short drive.
Do you need to be a student to attend?
Not at all! While some may reminisce about their student days, this event is open to everyone. Just keep in mind that it’s a ticketed event, and we anticipate it will sell out – so be sure to secure your ticket in advance!
I would like to volunteer, how do I apply?
Volunteering applications have now closed.
Will there be Grimoires available?
We will be supplying 10 grimoires to be used over the weekend (thanks to Edd Gabriel). These won’t all necessarily have all the experimental tokens you would like to use. As such, you are more than welcome to bring your own grimoire and/or tokens. Whilst we hope that everyone’s games are kept safe over the weekend, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for any items that are lost or stolen.
If you have any further questions, please contact an organiser through ModMail, or email us at contact@dragonswoodbluff.com. See you in July!!!
